Workout 5.31.18 – Day Twenty Nine
Week 6 of 9
Rest today and work on mobility. Make sure you are doing the basics.
1. Good rest, plenty of sleep.
2. Good nutrition, clean eating.
3. Plenty of water, be purposeful about getting the amount you need daily. Rule of thumb is 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) for men and 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) for women. Adjust as needed.
4. Mobility every day and spending extra time on problem areas.
